Our ministry team is a short-term mission effort to plant a
Calvary Chapel church in Aveiro.

​How does this Ministry work?
We will have 3-4 teams, each with 4-6 people. One team will go to Aveiro once a month to support the church service.

How will I get to Aveiro?
If you choose to be a part of the ministry, you will meet your team at Calvary Chapel Grande Porto at 9:00 am on your designated Sunday. You will carpool with others to Aveiro.

When will the ministry begin?
Once our ministry teams are created and our location is secured. You will be notified once we are ready to begin our services in Aveiro.

Do I need to have a car to join the team?
No, however we would love to have folks with cars who can drive. This would support our carpooling efforts.

How will I know when it's my Sunday to serve?
You will be in a WhatsApp group and notified in advance as to what Sunday you will be serving.
How long does it take to drive to Aveiro?
The drive is approximately 1 hour.

Where is the church service held?
Our service location will be in Aveiro.
What will I do?
You may help with set-up, greeting folks, serving coffee, or ushering.
When will church end?
Church service is from 11:00 am -12:30.
What time will I be back to Gaia?
You will carpool back to Calvary Chapel Grande Porto and be back between 1:30-2:00 pm.
